10 minutes simple steps Meditation

My Morning Meditation looks like where I want to be.
This one was close to Nature.

Be Mindfulness - Soy Candle Morning Meditation 

➀ Light a candle
➁ Set your intention
➂ Close your eyes and start to breathe slowly
➃ Open your eyes and read the affirmations in the jar
➄ Close your eyes, breath and repeat all the affirmations you remember in the label
➅ Repeat all the steps till you feel more relax and in peace
