Grab a white paper and in the middle write an unhealthy thought 
Draw as many arrows you feel like and create as many realistic alternatives helpful thoughts as possible.

I'm pure and unconditional love
I'm inspired and creativity ↞↞I'm not good enough ↠↠↠
I'm living my dreamed life in Australia
